Early check-in $25 for 1 hour before regular check-in time. Any hour earlier will be $10 extra. Early check-in is upon request and needs to be pre-approved so cleaning staff can know beforehand.

Late check-out is $25 for 1 hour after regular check-out time. Any hour after will be $10 extra. We will only allow late check-outs until 2:00pm; check-outs later than that will be considered another full night reservation.

A minimum fee of $50 will be imposed on used linens and towels that have hard to remove stains (i.e. oil based make-up, food, bodily fluids, etc.). Damaged or broken glassware/dinnerware will NOT be charged per piece but as a set.

Pets are allowed depending on size and breed. Please be upfront and let us know before check-in to avoid cancellation or extra fees. Fees will be doubled if pets are not mentioned before your stay.

Broken House Rule and Smoke Odor Repellant fee: $200
Only smoking on balcony is allowed. Any smoke odor in the apartment will be fined $200

Apartment complex has a biweekly pest control. No refunds will be issued
