In the house: storage room for bicycles. 300 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 6 km, bus stop "Ponte Semina, Campo Blenio" 400 m, railway station "Biasca" 28 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Cappana Boverina, Cappana Scaletta, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Archivio Doneta, Castello de Seravalle, Locarno, Valle Maggia, Valle Verzasca. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Retico Diga di Luzzone, Lago Ritum, Lago Cristallina, Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano. Neben der traumhaften Lage war auch das tolle Haus die Basis für einen traumhaften Urlaub. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr ordentlich und sauber. C. ist eine super Vermieterin und wir kommen auf jeden Fall gern wieder!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Stubii verbracht. das Stubii ist modern, sehr ruhig gelegen, zweckmäßig und sehr sauber eingerichtet. die Vermieter C. & A. sind sehr nett und sehr flexibel in Ankunft und Abreise. danke vielmals, der Aufenthalt war wirklich toll. wir kommen bestimmt und gerne wieder. danke

Für 2 Wanderer optimal

Für 2 Personen, die ihre Zeit am liebsten auf Wanderungen verbringen, ist das Stübii optimal, weil es von der Lage her viele Möglichkeiten für Touren bietet. Das Haus selbst ist klein, aber sehr funktional eingerichtet. Nur ein Toaster hat mir gefehlt...Von der Terrasse blickt man auf die Steilwand des Sosto, was auf den Einen etwas erdrückend wirken kann, auf den Anderen aber grandios. Die Nähe zur Strasse macht sich nicht sehr bemerkbar. Die Kuhglocken sind lauter, gehören aber dazu.
