Poor management company

Pros: the property is well located to move around the north shore. The house is as describe. Cons:: The management company is a disaster (Mallorca Engel Services - Sabine in particular). They do not answer questions in time (20 days to answer). They are rude. They ask you to clean the house when you leave, when you are already paying for the cleaning service. They arrive before the posted checkout time to get you off the property.

Tolle Villa, alles super!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit den Kindern und Enkelkindern sehr genossen. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Küchenutensilien sind top und in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Gasgrill, Messer, Töpfe und Pfannen top Qualität und groß genug, um für alle Personen gleichzeitig zu kochen. Die Lage ist prima und man findet alles in der Umgebung. Meer und Strand leicht erreichbar. Der Pool wurde rege benutzt. Sabine und ihr Mann (die Engel vor Ort) waren immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles zusammen: es gab nichts auszusetzen! Danke!!!
