SA RESCLOSA - Great Majorcan property with table football, billiard table and private pool

This fantastic villa, with private pool, is situated on the outskirts of Búger and offers a second home to 10 guests.
The exteriors of the house are really beautiful and will make you not to get bored at any time. After having breakfast under the porch, you can spend the morning cooling off at the private pool, sunbathing on the 8 sun loungers, playing table football and billiard and, the littlest ones, in the wooden house or running around the lawn. Then, you can prepare a tasty barbecue in an absolutely magical place and just start over again, back to the pool! This is chlorine and measures 10 x 6 m large and 1 to 2 m deep.

The majestic house is distributed into two floors. Once you come in, there is a spacious living room with A/C, where you can watch TV-SAT, a DVD movie or listen to music. Likewise, on the left side, you have access to the dining area which is open to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob. Right from there, a corridor leads you to the laundry boasting washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as to a bathtub bathroom and a two single beds dormitory. Upstairs, there are two more bathrooms, one with shower, the other with hydromassage bathtub and shower. As well as this, there are also 4 more bedrooms, two of them featuring double bed and two having two twin beds in each. One of the dormitories has terrace with beautiful views too, and all of them have wardrobe apart from air conditioning. There is availability for 2 cots and 2 high chairs.

The finca belongs to Búger, a small village situated at 4.5 km, but even close to Sa Pobla, at about 1 km. In both towns, you can find the basic services such as bars, restaurants, etc. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is the nearest, at 14 km or about 10 -15 minutes driving, as well as the golf course of Pollença, at 16 km.

The house had everything you could ask for, it’s located in a quiet area and you’ll need a car to get around. We loved our stay there and were really happy with everything. The roosters were a surprise but we got used to it.

Lovely mansion for big groups to calm down

The house is very big and perfect for 10 people. The kitchen is amazing. The garden is perfect and has many activities and games to have a fun time. The poolside is very nice. The house is calm located but still close to supermarkets. There is a chicken cage in the garden, so it always feels alive around you. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay in a lovely villa with an enjoyable pool. Made use of table tennis, pool table, footballs and basketballs provided. 2 families (kids ages of 1, 3, 6, 6, 7). Nowhere walkable but that didn’t bother us. Nice drive into Alcudia and Pollenca. Lots of insects from the surrounding crops prevented us sitting out in the evenings. Cockerel was a bit of a frustrating early wake up call. None of these would stop us coming back to this well kept Villa. Thank you very much

Ideal property and location

Great property, large clean villa with great pool area, the addition of large basketball area, good quality table football table, outside good condition pool table and table tennis gives plenty to do and large irrigated lawned area for ball sports. There is outside seating for 10 people on well lit patio, and the grounds are nicely lit for evenings by the illuminated pool. Kitchen is good with every utensil you could think of and a couple of coffee machines, very large fridge freezer. Additional barbecue area with another glass fronted drinks fridge. The water pump tower would also make a lovely area for an evening chatting, drinking wine and listening to music. Da Pobla has a good ring road and several week stocked supermarkets. It’s not the prettiest of towns but nice central square with bars, 15 minutes walk from villa.

Schöne Finca für Familien oder Freundesgruppe

Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Kindern ( 1- 16) hier und haben eine tolle Woche erlebt. Check Inn war unkompliziert. Alles vorhanden, 5 Doppelzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Fernseher, toller Pool, schöne gepflegte Anlage, Bäder etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Die Tiere ( Hühner, Gänse, Katzen) fanden die Kinder toll. Einkaufen in ca. 1,5 km. Auto ist aber notwendig.

Schöne Finca ideal für Kinder

Die Finca hat unsere Erwartungen eher übertroffen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt ruhig im landwirtschaftlichen Gebiet westlich von Sa Pobla und hat einen sehr gepflegten weiweitläufigen Garten mit sehr schönem Poolbereich

Vi var 8 vuxna och 4 barn. Huset och poolen var fantastiskt. Läget bra med nära till städer och aktiviteter. Det enda att anmärka på är kökets utrustning. Det fanns endast 6 vinglas och en skärbräda. De knivar som fanns var inte vassa så vi fick köpa en kniv. Men i övrigt var allt toppen. Poolen rengjordes vid flera tillfällen och vattnet kändes väldigt fräscht.

Wir waren zu neunt dort und sind alle begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Finca war sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Kicker, Tischtennisplatte, Basketballkorb usw.). Der Pool ist ein Traum und mit dem Auto ist man in 15-20 min am Strand oder in schönen Küstenörtchen. Auch der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis für Grossfamilien. Es hat viel Platz und ist sehr Familienfreundlich denn es hat neben dem tollen Pool mit Schattenplätzen einen Billiardtisch, Kicker, Tischtennis, Basketballkorb, Grillecke, Spielturm mit Spielzeug wie Bällen, sowie Hühner und Gänse. Die große Rasenfläche mit hohen Hecken war super für Toddler. Auch die Waschküche ist super praktisch. Die Lage nah an der Autobahn lädt ein zu vielen Ausflügen z.B. 15min nach Alcudia, Playa del Muro oder Coves de Campanet. Ausserdem sind verschiedene Supermärkte innerhalb 5min erreichbar. Die Abwicklung durch Homerti war wirklich tadellos. Digitaler Check In, einfache Anreise Infos proaktiv erhalten, sowie Links zu Autoverleih. Freundlicher schneller Service per Mail und Telefon. Tage vorher schon unkomplizierte Mail Kommunikation gehabt. Genau so sollte das sein :) Klare Empfehlung für aktive Schnäppchenjäger-Familien.

Schade, dass die Unterkunft für unsere Reiseoption im Jahr 2024 bereits ausgebucht ist. Die Gesamtanlage des Anwesens mit schöner Auffahrt, Grünflächen und Baumbestand, der Außenpool, überdachte Terrasse, Freiterrasse am Pool - die Verteilung der Räume im Haus - die großzügige und gut ausgestattete Küche - Fußballkickertisch - Tischtennisplatte - Billiardtisch - mit einem elektrisch betriebenem Tor gesichertes Grundstück - Anlage ohne unmittelbare Nachbargebäude

Die Villa ist prima

Der Urlaub war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dieser Villa. Gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit dem tollen Garten und dem Pool. Sehr schön angelegt. Auch der alte Mühlenturm trägt zum Wohlfühlambiente bei. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter/Besitzer war sehr angenehm. Die Organisation über Villafinca hat einwandfrei geklappt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und gut erholt, die Kinder hatten viel Spaß und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Zentrale Lage

Das Haus ist etwas rustikaler, als es auf den Fotos erscheint. Es liegt an einer Nebenstrasse. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Restaurants und Strand sind schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen. Öffentliche kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Umgebung vorhanden. Unser Gastgeber war jederzeit für uns zu erreichen und sehr entgegenkommend, wir konnten früher einchecken und auch später auschecken. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Ein tolles Haus in guter Ausgangslage für Ausflüge! Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und 2 Babys für eine Woche im Haus und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Außenbereich ist super. Ausreichend großer Pool, schöne Rasenfläche, Tischtennisplatte, Bälle und Spielzeug, schöne Terrasse. Alles sehr gepflegt. Auch im Haus ist alles großzügig und gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage des Hauses ist für Ausflüge gut geeignet, die Aussicht auf die Berge super, nur die direkte Umgebung des Hauses ist leider nicht so schön. In Sa Pobla findet man aber alles was man braucht. Zwei große Supermärkte und ein paar Restaurants. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Wir wurden mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen begrüßt. Wir hatten an einem Tag Stromausfall, da es im Nachbardorf Probleme mit dem Strom gab. Am Abreisetag hatten wir leider kein fließendes Wasser, da wahrscheinlich die Wasserpumpe nicht funktionierte. (Deshalb einen Stern Abzug)

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub gehabt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unsere Freunde hatten diesen Urlaub von Ihrer Familie und Freunden geschenkt bekommen. Wir waren dann 8 Erwachsene und natürlich sehr gespannt, wie ihnen und uns das ganze gefällt. Die Wegbeschreibung zur Finca war sehr gut. Der Empfang durch die Eigentümer war sehr nett. Wir konnten uns mit der Tochter auf Englisch unterhalten, hat super geklappt. Die Finca selbst hat uns noch besser gefallen, als wir aufgrund der Bilder erwartet hatten. Erster Eindruck: Einfach Super. Die Gastgeber hatten für uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke gekauft. Und, das Beste, ein frischer landestypischer Kuchen stand für uns in der Küche. Wirklich sehr lecker. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Garten mit dem tollen Pool (abends beleuchtet), die Terasse, die Küche, die beiden Bäder und auch die Schlafzimmer. Als die Warmwasserversorgung ausfiel, haben wir Villafinca informiert. Eine halbe Stunde später waren die Eigentümer vor Ort und haben das Problem sofort behoben. Toller Service. Das Meer ist ca. 15-20 km entfernt. Mit dem Auto kein Problem. Vielen Dank an das Team von Villafinca und ganz besonderen Dank an die Vermieter.

Echt een aanrader dus dit huis!

Sa Racosa was voor ons (2 families, 6 kinderen tussen 6 en 10) een heerlijke plek voor de herfstvakantie. Sa Pobla is een klein dorpje met toch een levendig pleintje met goede restaurants (Placa Vuit was erg goed) en ligt prima voor uitstapjes naar de bergen, naar het strand of naar Palma. De snelweg lijkt op de kaart vlakbij te liggen, maar hoor je in de praktijk niet en de hele omgeving is heerlijk stil (wij maakten zelf alle herrie). De ontvangst door de verhuurder was erg gastvrij. En omdat we op zondag aankwamen was de supermarkt (overigens prima: Eroski, ca. 1 km afstand) gesloten, maar door de heerlijke ensaimada, cava, brood en beleg die voor ons klaar lagen was dat geen enkel probleem. Ook het vertrek was erg prettig, we konden probleemloos een paar uur langer in het huisje blijven. Het huis was ruimer dan het op de foto leek met een prima keuken, een aparte wasruimte, ruime eet- en woonkamer, twee goede badkamers en vijf slaapkamers, prima voor tien personen. Het zwembad is mooi en hoewel niet verwarmd was het eind oktober voor ons nog warm (of verkoelend) genoeg. Ook de tuin is groot en blijkt een basketball-basket en een prima voetbalgazon (beide met bal) te hebben, een apart speelhuisje en de molentoren, ruime parkeerplaatsen en een erg lekker overdekt terras waar de hele dag zon en schaduw is.

Zu empfehlen

Wir (6 Erw. + 3 Kinder) haben eine Woche in der Villa Sa Rocosa verbracht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wenn man bereit ist sich die 2 Badezimmer zu teilen, bietet das Haus ausreichend Platz für 3 Familen. Wohnraum, Essbereich und Küche sind sehr großzügig aufgeteilt, gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Da das Haus ohne unmittelbare Nachbarn zwischen Feldern liegt, hat man es wirklich ruhig. Die Autobahn ist zwar in der Ferne zu sehen, aber nicht zu hören. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in ca. 3 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und man findet immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Für die 3 mitgereisten Mädels (3 -4 Jahre) wären der Pool sowie das Spielhäuschen und der Turm das absolute Highlight. Und nachdem das Grundstück gut eingezäunt ist könnten sich die Mädchen frei bewegen und wir müssten nur den Pool im Auge behalten. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung entsprechen den tätsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Zu An- und Abreise erschien der Eigentümer, der uns netterweise ermöglichte früher einzuchecken. Da wir kein Spanisch sprechen war die Kommunikation etwas holprig aber doch sehr freundlich. Weiters fanden wir schon Getränke, Obst und eine leckere Ensaimada zur Begrüßung vor. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthaltes erfolgte über eine Agentur, die sehr professionel und zuverlässig war. Wir können also das Haus und den Gastgeber auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wohlfühl Urlaub für groß und klein!

Großzügige Finca in sehr gepflegtem Zustand und guter Ausstattung. Sehr schöne Garten Anlage mit großer Terrasse und dem perfekten Pool. Bis zum Stadtzentrum von Sa Pobla ca. 1,5km und gute Anbindung zur Autobahn, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir empfehlen die Finca weiter und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
