Die Wohnung ist großzügig und von der Einrichtung her zu Wohlfühlen. Auch die Lage im Ortskern an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße kam unseren Bedürfnissen sehr entgegen. Am Anreisetag wurden wir von der Besitzerein des Hauses freundlich begrüßt. Als es ein Problem mit dem Wasserkocher gab wurde zügig Ersatz beschafft.

Wir haben uns in dieser gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnung ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Alles, was man zum Urlaubs-Kochen braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist zentral und absolut ruhig für einen erholsamen Schlaf nach einem Tag draußen am Strand. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle sind schnell zu erreichen.

Wir haben diese Wohnung schon seit vielen Jahren gemietet und kennen Sillke Peters seit 44 Jahren,von daher sind wir sehr vertraut mit dieser Bleibe.Jetzt ist es eine kleine Umstellung,nicht mehr bei Abreise sagen zu können:trag uns wieder ein.Es ist auch teurer geworden,nicht unerwartet natürlich.Auch wegen der Sauna mieten wir gern die Wohnung.Die Wohnung war immer sehr sauber,auch dieses Mal.

Unzumutbar

Unangenehmer Geruch im Treppenhaus. Heizkörpergeräusche Tag und Nacht, Heizkörper sowohl ein- oder ausgeschaltet. Fernsehprogramme der Eigentümerin bis in die Nacht zu hören. Mehrfache Bitten um Minderung ohne Erfolg. Badezimmer unter Wasser, weil Syphon unter Handwaschbecken verrottet (Verlust von Urlaubszeit) Küchenutensilien unvollständig. Kühlschrankposition für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. HINWEIS VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR: Scharfkantige Bilderrahmen an schrägen Wänden (dem Unterzeichner geschehen), auf 2,5 m hohen, handbreiten Balken standen unbefestigt sowohl eine ca. 1,5 kg schwere Granathülse aus Messing und eine ca. 2,0 kg schwere irdene Backform (Fotos vorhanden).
