The holiday rental (50 square metres) is ideal for 2 people. It features a living/dining area on the ground floor with a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area, sleeper sofa, smart TV, and stereo system. Fly screens are installed on various windows and the patio door. The approximately 20-square-meter terrace, with a view of the wooded Höhberg and the Bismarck Tower, is perfect for relaxing. A sunshade and umbrella are provided. Fees for bed linens, towels, utilities, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. An ironing board and iron are available. This is a non-smoking apartment; smoking is permitted on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. Our modernly furnished holiday apartment with a garage is located on the outskirts of Tauberbischofsheim’s old town. The pedestrian zone (230 m) is just a three-minute walk away. There you’ll find shops for daily needs (bakery, butcher, supermarket, chemist…), banks, cosy cafes, restaurants, pubs, ice cream shops, pharmacies, and more. The outdoor pool is located on the Tauber River, 600 metres away (a 7-minute walk). A REWE market and a Lidl supermarket are 850 metres away (an 11-minute walk). The Kurmainzische Castle with its museum (250 metres) and the market square with City Hall and the tourist information office (400 metres) are not far away. A bike shop with rentals is located 300 metres away. The Tauber Valley is known for its beautiful biking and hiking trails (e.g., the 5-star “Liebliches Taubertal” bike trail). Worthwhile destinations include, downstream along the Tauber: Bronnbach Monastery, Gamburg Castle, Wertheim; and upstream along the Tauber: Bad Mergentheim, Weikersheim, Creglingen, Rothenburg; in the wider area: Würzburg (30 km), Stuttgart (120 km), Heidelberg (130 km), Nuremberg (145 km), Bamberg (145 km).
