Guests can enjoy a king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top. The living room offers an additional full bed, providing extra space to relax. Two bathrooms feature both a shower in the master and a bathtub/shower in the second bathroom, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the home. Relax poolside, enjoy nearby walking trails and parks, or explore everything Phoenix has to offer—all within a short drive. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock the back door and garage door. Press the lock key on the front door and ensure garage is closed before leaving the property.
Take trash out to the trash and recycling bins on the back side yard. The blue bin is recycling and the green bin is trash.
Gather all used towels and sheets and put them in a pile in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Only registered guests are permitted - 9 guests maximum - No parties, events, or gatherings - Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM - No loud music
Bathroom Policy • Please only put toilet paper in the toilets (please throw feminine products, “flushable wipes”, baby wipes, etc. in the trash can)
