Ruhe pur!

Das Reetdachhaus liegt direkt am Deich, aber zur anderen Seite besteht freier Blick auf die Weidewiesen und Felder. Gepflegtes Objekt mit hĂŒbsch in lĂ€ndlichem Stil eingerichteten Zimmern und moderner KĂŒche. Leider ist die Treppe nach oben extrem steil und fĂŒr Ă€ltere Personen eine Gefahr, auch wg. der sehr kurzer StufentrittflĂ€che. Das Dielenknarren im Obergeschoss gehört zwar zu einem Landhaus dazu, ist aber doch zu laut und störend. Ein schönes PlĂ€tzchen fĂŒr die, die Ruhe suchen. Fahrtzeit zum SPO Nordstrand allerdings ca. 20 Minuten. Insgesamt ist das Objekt trotz der grossen WohnflĂ€che zu teuer, auch wegen der relativ weiten Entfernung zum Badestrand.
