Outdoor living
With three private balconies, you have plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors at your own pace. Settle into the outdoor furniture, share a meal in the outdoor dining area, or make use of the BBQ grill. The property also includes access to an outdoor pool, creating additional space to relax and cool off. Beach essentials are available for days spent along the shoreline.

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the third floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

Sol Marino is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas so the community surrounding the apartment offers a great diversity of services , you can find from restaurants , cafes , bars , museum , shopping malls , social plazas , batting area , harbor and main beach of the city .
At nightfall the community is full of life in its main streets, surrounded by nightclubs, bars and cantinas with all kinds of themes, as well as the events that the city offers for the community and tourists on its beaches and surroundings.
Getting Around:
To get around this city we recommend walking as the apartment is located a few blocks from the marina of Cabo San Lucas, for long distances we recommend the use of Uber or car rental, in case you need a rental car we can recommend the best prices.
