Welcome to Il Leccio, a beautifully restored farmhouse situated in the picturesque hillside location of Capezzano Monte, in the immediate vicinity of Pietrasanta. This inviting holiday home not only offers you an incomparable view over the gentle valleys to the impressive Versilian coast with its kilometres of sandy beaches, but also the perfect refuge for guests seeking peace and quiet. Inside, the house impresses with its beauty and comfort in typical local style. The living space is spread over two levels: On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with fireplace and satellite TV, WiFi, as well as a kitchenette with dishwasher. A bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue complete the offer. Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds, the latter with access to a small terrace) invite you to relax. The house is also equipped with mosquito nets on the windows, an electric stove, a fireplace and a gas stove to provide you with a cosy atmosphere at all times. An extra bed for a 5th person can be provided on request.

The outdoor area is characterised by a beautifully maintained, fenced property, which is exclusively available to our guests. Directly in front of the house you will find an attractive terrace with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, as well as a barbecue area for cosy evenings under the stars. The spacious car park directly in front of the house ensures a carefree arrival.

In addition to the breathtaking natural beauty and tranquillity, the surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities. The proximity to Pietrasanta, a town renowned for its art and culture, gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the local history and artistic heritage of Italy.
