Apartment was clean and convenient to town. Parking was tight as is the case in much of Mittenwald. Location requires a walk up a fairly steep hill making it difficult for people with limited mobility. The biggest thing to be aware of is that this facility caters to German speaking people. None of the instructions are in English, Spanish, Italian or another language. So, the property works best for German speakers. Also, there is very limited contact with the owners. All our contact was by phone and text. If these negatives do not apply to interested renters, the property is otherwise very suitable and enjoyable. The view from the balcony is gorgeous.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage mit Blick über Mittenwald, da gibt es wirklich nichts zu meckern. Nicht gefallen hat uns allerdings, es gab nicht ein vernünftig schneidendes Messer in der Küche, die Licht Installation ist total funzelig, keine Lesebeleuchtung vorhanden, Nachfragen wurden ignoriert. Eigentlich Kleinigkeiten, die in dieser Preisklasse nich vorkommen sollten.

Alles top. Florian ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Wohnungen sind recht neu und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
