The house was amazing, Ibiza style. It had a wonderful pool.

Pros: The house had a wonderful pool, and an amazing outdoor kitchen, dining table and lounge area’s. The house is child friendly! We had such a great time spending a lot of time around the house, outdoor area’s and the big pool. The host was friendly and always available for tips. Thanks for this great stay!

Pros: Het zwembad en het buitenverblijf waren voor het toppunt vd vakantie. Cons: In de site stond dat er 4 badkamers waren , er waren er maar 3 dat was een beetje vervelend.

Pros: Wij hebben voor een week met plezier gebruik gemaakt van Vila Pino. Vooraf was er prettig contact met Paul (de eigenaar) en de beheerder Kiek over de mogelijkheden van de verhuur, de informatie en de communicatie gingen erg vlot en alles was vooraf duidelijk. Erg fijn dat er in het Nederlands gecommuniceerd kon worden. Bij aankomst werden wij verwelkomt door Kiek en kregen wij een uitgebreide uitleg over het huis, zwembad en de omgeving. Wederom fijn om in het Nederlands ontvangen te worden, daarnaast stond Kiek voor ons klaar bij vragen over de omgeving, restaurants en praktische zaken. Dit contact verliep prettig via Whatsapp. Het huis, of beter gezegd de Villa voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen en wat je op de foto's ziet is ook echt wat je krijgt. Prachtige buitenruimtes, voldoende ruimte met een buiten BBQ en een heel ruim zwembad met de hele dag volop zon. Daarnaast is er goede WIFI, ook niet onbelangrijk, een JBL Extreme en Nederlandse Tv-zenders (praktische en nuttige zaken)! We hebben genoten en je kan echt ultiem relaxen in en rondom het huis. We waren met 2 gezinnen met twee kleintjes van 1 en 2 jaar en dit huis is bij uitstek hiervoor geschikt door de meerdere kamers en badkamers. Wat ons opviel is de rust van de woning, geen of amper omgevingsgeluiden en je hebt echt het gevoel van weg zijn in een rustige en private omgeving. Ik raad iedereen aan om dit huis te huren als je op zoek bent naar een praktische huis met alle benodigde voorzieningen om ultiem te relaxen, je bent van alle gemakken voorzien en alles wat je nodig hebt is op 10 min rijafstand (strand/boulevard en supermarkten). Daarnaast is de directe omgeving prachtig: Denia, Calpe, Altea zijn prachtige dorpen en Valencia is op 90 minuten rijden een erg leuke stad om te bezoeken. Kortom een erg plezierige vakantie gehad voor een redelijke prijs, wij overwegen om hier in de toekomst terug te gaan komen vanwege de goede service, de mooie woning en al haar gemakken en de prachtige omgeving!
