This stunning, traditional Spanish villa is perfectly located just minutes away from Arenal Beach in Javea. Recently refurbished, the villa has 4 bedrooms, a private pool, sea views, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the villa has plenty of space, and many spaces, for a family or group of friends to come together and to spread out. The expansive terrace, with its beautiful handmade table, is ideal for entertaining. From the terrace, take a stroll through the lovely garden – perhaps, play a game of badminton or pick some fresh fruit.

Follow the rosemary lined path, past the brilliant blue pumbago, up to the spacious pool area. Elegantly paved in natural stone, it’s a wonderful place to lounge in the sun or for a cool night swim. Another brilliant space at night is the roof terrace. Watch the vast night sky sparkle with stars. During the day – or for those of you staying up until the dawn – the roof terrace is great for watching boats sail through the Mediterranean.

Going inside, you’ll step into a handsome Provençale inspired kitchen with modern appliances. Look for unusual period features like the maroon tiled wall above the kitchen counter or the glass bottle serving window into the lounge. The lounge itself is comfy and airy with a traditional Spanish tiled floor, a large sofa, television and DVD. The rest of the house, all on one level, spreads out from here. The four bedrooms have exposed wood beams and shuttered windows. The two bathrooms have modern showers.

Thick, solid walls and many windows of a traditional finca keep the villa cool in the summer. Still, there are air-conditioners in the kitchen, lounge, and all bedrooms, so you can always cool down even on the hottest days.

In addition to being close to Arenal Beach, the villa is a short drive to Javea’s historic old town and port. Going the other direction, the stunning beaches of Baracca, Ambola and Granadella are a short drive – or a beautiful if hilly bike ride away.
