Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire chalet, including all three bedrooms, the great room, kitchen, dining area, movie theater, game room, laundry room, and the wraparound deck.



Self check-in is available via a smart lock keypad, making arrival simple and flexible.



Parking is available in the covered carport and open driveway for up to 4 vehicles.



In winter, 4WD or AWD is required to reach the home, as the mountain roads can be steep and snow-packed. Please plan your vehicle accordingly.

Le Chalet Bleu is located in the mountains above Angel Fire, a friendly four-season resort town in Northern New Mexico's Sangre de Cristo range. The setting is quiet and forested, with frequent wildlife and starry skies, yet you are only minutes from Angel Fire Resort, golf, dining, and Eagle Nest Lake, and within easy reach of Taos, Red River, and Santa Fe.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to get the most out of your stay and to reach nearby trails, the resort, and town. In winter, 4WD or AWD is required to reach the home, as the mountain roads can be steep and snow-packed. Day trips to Taos, Red River, Taos Ski Valley, and Santa Fe are all within easy driving distance.



Other Things to Note:

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

- Dogs are welcome with prior approval (up to 2). Pet fees may apply.

- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, and only registered guests are permitted.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- No smoking, parties, or events anywhere on the property.

- Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.

- This home does not have air conditioning. The cool mountain climate keeps it comfortable, and heat is provided throughout.

- The home has two levels connected by stairs.

- A noise and temperature monitoring device is located in the dining area. It measures sound levels only and does not record audio, helping us care for the home and respect the neighbors.

- The home runs on a septic system, so please flush only toilet paper.

- In winter, 4WD or AWD is required to reach the home due to steep, snow-packed mountain roads.

- Cell and Wi-Fi service can run slower during peak holiday and spring-break weeks, so please plan accordingly.
