Situated on the 9th floor with an elevator in a brand-new building, this modern and newly furnished one bedroom apartment is close to various top attractions in Dubai, such as Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah!

The building is near Dubai Marina Harbour, a newly opened community by the beachside with a Yacht Area and many restaurants, including Barasti and nearby restaurants in Dubai Marina Walk. Additionally, there are restaurants in JBR the Walk, as well as shops across Dubai Marina Harbour and a Carrefour grocery store.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a widescreen smart TV for watching all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning Palm views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

During your stay you will have access to the pool, gym, BBQ area, and the beach as well.

The apartment building is in an excellent location for business travellers, families and holidaygoers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do. You could also head to the Dubai Marina Mall, only 10 minutes by car, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute drive from the building.

The Dubai Marina Walk, a 15-minute walk away, which lines the waterfront, has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants. At the same time, the palm tree-lined boardwalk links the many towers in the development, the gardens and the marina.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this copy of your passport to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
