Welcome to Three Oaks Retreat, a spacious and inviting two-story home designed with groups in mind located in Three Oaks just 7 miles from Lake Michigan. With six comfortable queen beds and 2.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together. The open-concept living area creates an easy flow for gathering, whether you're sharing meals, relaxing, or planning your next adventure.

Step outside and enjoy two large screened porches—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The private backyard offers a great setting for outdoor living, complete with a fire pit, hot tub and gas grill for cozy nights and casual meals. Guests also love the bonus garage space featuring a ping pong table, adding a fun and relaxed hangout spot for all ages.

Located just minutes from downtown Three Oaks, you’ll have easy access to local favorites like Journeyman Distillery and The Acorn Theater, along with charming shops and restaurants. With WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-home laundry, The Three Oaks Retreat has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

- All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.

- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $3000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.
- Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
