The spacious living area is tastefully furnished with a cosy sitting area, dining area, and flat-screen TV/radio/CD player, and opens onto the sunny south-facing balcony.
The bedroom features a double bed & a wardrobe.
The second bedroom has two single beds & a chest of drawers.
The modern built-in kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and standard kitchen appliances.
Bright shower room with toilet & sink. A washing machine is not available.
Exterior roller shutters are provided for privacy. The apartment has laminate flooring and tile. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. The apartment has Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed. One parking space is available.

Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und in 5min.erreicht man alles , Strand ,Promenade, Bäcker. Würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen . Die Betreuung durch das Vermietungsbüro war auch perfekt. Liebe Grüße aus Bayern
