This tastefully furnished 2-room holiday apartment, suitable for up to 2 people plus a toddler, is located on the mezzanine level of a small residential complex. It’s about a 2-minute walk to the beach, and shops for daily necessities are just a 2–3-minute walk away.
The cosy, bright living area features a comfortable sofa set, TV, dining area, and access to the sunny, furnished south-facing terrace with a parasol.
The kitchen is very well equipped with an electric stove (ceramic cooktop + oven), microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and standard kitchen appliances.
The cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. Roller shutters for blackout are provided here.
Bright bathroom with a shower stall, toilet, and sink.
Free Wi-Fi is available here.
The apartment is fully tiled. A single-car garage is included with the apartment. (Clearance height is limited to 2.05 m). Smoking is permitted exclusively on the terrace. Pets are not allowed here. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist ideal, denn zum Zentrum und zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Der Balkon ist sehr geräumig. Es gibt 2 Kritikpunkte: Die Garage ist wegen des ungünstigen Einfahrwinkels nur für Kleinwagen geeignet. Unser VW Touran ließ sich weder vorwärts noch rückwärts einparken. Der Badlüfter läuft zwar, aber er ist ohne Funktion. Er zieht noch nicht einmal ein Blatt Papier an. Sonst hat uns die Wohnung gut sehr gefallen.
