Beautiful and inviting wooden house with sea view and fantastic location on a natural plot only 100 m from the beautiful Balka beach and a cozy summer cafe.
Welcome to this beautiful vacation home, which invites you to a wonderful stay with its tasteful furnishings and cozy pitched roof and not least the sea view. In the spacious living room you can watch a good movie in the evening on the large flat screen and the well-equipped, open kitchen offers a nice place where you can develop your culinary skills without stress.
On the 95 m2 wooden terrace, which extends around a large part of the house, you will certainly spend a lot of time. Here you will find various comfortable garden furniture, so you will always have a nice place to sit or lie down and enjoy the sun and the fresh sea air. You should also have at least one barbecue to get into the right vacation mood!
Since the beach is only 100 meters away, you are guaranteed to spend a lot of your vacation here. Balka beach is known as one of the most beautiful and child-friendly on the island. You will also stay close to the charming Snogebæk, which offers good restaurants, nice little stores, etc. You can also drive along the coast south to Dueodde with its lighthouse and popular beach or north to Nexø with its beautiful church.
