The "Felipe 2-3" apartment on the first floor offers the perfect location for a beach holiday in Cala d'Or, Mallorca. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, a living/dining area with a sofa bed for 2, one bedroom, and one bathroom. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Access to the bedroom is via a spiral staircase to the upper floor.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and air conditioning in the living room. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.
Relax in the shared outdoor area with a swimming pool and open terrace. Pets are not allowed. Street parking is available.
Towels are included. Guests may request a free change of bed linens and towels after the 7th night. Please note, there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Only guests listed on the original reservation are permitted in the apartment. If more people than allowed are found, all guests must vacate the property without refund.

Cute appartement but moldy
the apartment is pretty and cute located. The smell when we opend the door was moldy and wet. Also the bedshets and towels were a little wet and smeld moldy. We told the owners but didnt get an answere.
