This cosy holiday rental for up to 4 people (plus 1 toddler) offers ideal accommodation for your holiday in a space of approximately 84 m². It is located on the ground floor and consists of a spacious living area with a modern kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest bathroom.
The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a dining table, and a radio with a CD/DVD player and satellite TV, so you can relax after an eventful day. The well-equipped kitchenette features an oven, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, and electric kettle—here you can prepare your meals however you like.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet, while the guest bathroom offers additional convenience.
Both bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The provided travel cot and high chair are especially convenient for families with small children.
Parking is also available. Free Wi-Fi is provided so you can stay connected at all times. The apartment is pet-friendly, so you can bring your four-legged friend along. For stays of 7 nights or more, linens are included in the price.


Note on possible additional costs:
For check-outs on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee.

For bookings with pets, we charge the corresponding pet fee per pet as well as an additional cleaning fee.

If bed linens and/or towels are not provided in the booked property, they can be added to your reservation. We charge €12 per set for bed linens and €8 per set for towels. A linen change is not provided.

The visitor’s tax is based on the current regulations of the respective holiday destinations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
