About this property

2BR/2BA Loft with Harbor Views in Red Hook

We are located in the heart of Red Hook, within walking distance of the market, banks, ferries, restaurants, entertainment, and much more!
We host multiple units in the same building, including 1- and 2-bedroom options. Please feel free to send an inquiry if you have trouble viewing. Returning guests can also enjoy “in-season” discounts toward any unit we host.

The Space
This is our home away from home, and we hope you feel just as comfortable during your stay. The unit is part of a freestanding building with 15 units.

Please note: there are flights of stairs you must walk up—there is no elevator. The unit is located on the 3rd floor.

The building is gated and includes one assigned parking space with fob access. The beach is just a 2-minute drive away. The unit is fully furnished and features an incredible view from a large balcony.

• Three split A/C units that cool very quickly
• High-speed internet and expanded cable
• Three Smart TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room)
• Living room TV includes cable; bedroom TVs support apps like Netflix and Hulu
• Generator that powers all units and common areas during frequent island outages

After booking, you will be provided with all the information needed to access the unit at your convenience, along with reserved parking details for one vehicle.

Guests will have access to the lively town of Red Hook and everything it has to offer.

• Gated parking with daily open/close schedule for added security
• Access code provided for easy entry and exit
• Reserved parking space (especially valuable in Red Hook where parking is limited at night)

We have a washer and dryer in the unit but guests will also have access to our coin operated laundry machines that only take quarters located on the first floor. You can get quarters from nearby banks (Banco Popular or First Bank) within walking distance.
