Belle location

Location très agréable situé à la limite de Deauville-Tourgéville. Quartier très calme. 5mn à pied de la plage. Commerces proches. Pourquoi pas 5 étoiles ? 3 détails : Une eau chaude très chaude (attention danger !). Des volets de la chambre sans butées (a débloqués si remontés trop haut). Une cabine de douche étroite (par pour les fortes corpulences). Je précise que je relouerais sans état d'âme.

L'appartement correspond exactement au descriptif, la proximité du centre ville et de la plage. Seul tout petit bémol, l'étroitesse de la douche mais ça reste un détail sans trop d'importance.

Bon séjour dans ce petit appartement. Le point négatif est la literie : le lit 140 est tout à fait creusé au milieu, ce qui le rend tout à fait inconfortable. Appartement bien situé, dans résidence calme.

Schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung und gutem WLAN; ruhige Wohnanlage mit Aufzug und kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten; Supermarkt um die Ecke. Strand nicht weit entfernt, Stadtzentrum auch zu Fuss erreichbar.

Aspirateur cassé. sanitaires à moderniser. Prise électrique sortant du mur dans SDB : dangereux. Pas de bols ou assiettes creuses. Marmite tefal toute rayée. Cafetière fuyant. Chaises métalliques inconfortables, lourdes. Rideaux décrochés et laids. Etc....

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour, celui-ci nous a permi de procéder aux améliorations nécessaires dans le logement : l'aspirateur a été remplacé, les prises ont été réparées, de nouveaux bols et assiettes ont été ajoutés, les rideaux ont été nettoyés et remis en place. Enfin, nous n'avons remarqué aucun dysfonctionnement sur la cafetière et nous aimerions vous informer que vous pouvez nous contacter sur place afin de solliciter notre assistance, nous sommes toujours disposés à apporter les réparations nécessaires ou bien encore à vous fournir en vaisselle si cela fait défaut, par exemple. Nous regrettons d'apprendre votre déception mais nous espérons que vous avez tout de même passé un bon séjour dans la région et que vous conserverez votre confiance pour un prochain séjour.

J'aurais mis bien, mais pas prévu

J'ai apprécié la réactivité du loueur Interhome qui a fait le nécessaire en ce qui concerne l'équipement défectueux le lundi, après un week-end difficile. Notre séjour a été néanmoins agréable dans ce logement proche de la plage. Je pourrais revenir.
