Pool home min. to Downtown St Pete & Beaches

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy all this upscale home has to offer. This home is close to the bay, within a few min. from downtown St. Pete, & about 25 min to most major beaches. Whether it`s down by the tropical pool or up on the large upper deck, this space provides a quiet & peaceful space to hang out with friends and family.

This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an office. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the two other bedrooms have queen size beds. The kitchen is an upgraded chef`s kitchen with all upgraded appliances including a 36 inch range. The home was completely renovated last year, including a new pool. The pool is not currently heated. There`s a large deck on the top floor off the kitchen which has an outdoor dining table which seats 6 ppl, gas Webber grill, and additional seating area for 4 ppl.

The home is built on stilts so guests must be able to climb stairs. The pool is located on ground level so access to the pool area does require going down the stairs. The pool area has a large covered area with a small fridge, beverage cart, lounge furniture, and 55 inch smart tv. The paddle boards shown in the pictures are only for decorative purposes and not available for guests to use.

Entire home. Guests do not have access to the garage.

The home is located on an island of St. Pete, but there is an Island market which is within walking distance from the house and they offer almost anything guests may need.

There are also public pickle ball courts located in the community.
