If you're traveling with a mix of adults and kids, this brand-new Tampa home handles it without compromise. Three bedrooms sleep up to 11 guests - the primary suite has a king bed and a single, and both Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a queen bed plus a full bunk bed. Kids get their own dedicated sleeping spaces, adults get a real bedroom, and no one ends up on a pull-out sofa.

The home was just completed - brand-new construction throughout, so everything from the appliances to the bathrooms to the flooring is fresh. The open-concept main floor has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an oversized island, a living room with a mounted TV, and a dining area that seats the full group.

The standout feature is the dedicated game room: a separate space from the main living area with a pool table, a ping pong conversion top, lounge seating, and a workspace. When half your group wants to watch something and the other half wants to play, both can happen at the same time without anyone having to compromise.

Both bathrooms are freshly finished - one with a glass walk-in shower and dual vanity, one with a shower/tub combo that makes things easier with younger kids. The full laundry room makes extended stays easy. Four parking spaces accommodate the whole group on arrival.

## Guest Access

All Emperor Rentals properties use smart lock entry. Your personal access code is sent 24 hours before check-in - no keys to collect, no one to coordinate with. Arrive and enter on your own schedule.
