Why they chose this property

I have spent the last 16 years living in the Friendly Neighborhood. It’s my favorite area of Eugene to live. It’s a quiet and peaceful place, and I can walk to the friendly market, food carts, parks and just a nice to walk around the block. I love all the people enjoying their walks all day long.

What makes this property unique

When you stay at Friendly St. you will enjoy the quiet and peaceful patio and backyard. Enjoy sitting by the fire at night and watching the moon pass right over in the sky. Enjoy the garden with Fruit and Flowers when in bloom. Enjoy having breakfast on your own private patio with the sound of the water from the Fountain. And if you love to barbecue then you will enjoy the flattop grill for your favorite meal.
