The only saving grace for this rental is the amazing view from the balcony. The inside hasn't had a good cleaning in a very long time. The stove burners, the baseboard,the ancient toilet, all of it was pretty grimy and gross including the floor. Id have preferred to sleep on the balcony in a hammock. The host has a beautiful location and for a small price could make a big improvement in that space and let it become it's full potential. I spent most of my time at the pool and beach. For one night it worked but for a long term rental, I would not have been able to stay.

Room needs some attention with rusty colored stuff im bathroom stove non of the elements were plugged in... patio door handle on outside broken... messaged the host 2 times w ZERO results or anything on how to proceed.The communication w the host was 100% unacceptable.The hot tub hasn't worked in 2 years. The pool was nice the tiki hut bar was dirty but they do have drink specials however depending on bar tended the cups get smaller.This is a place where there are permanent residents and vrbo rentals. Staff were friendly but if you need anything extra then you pay for it...Biggest complaint patio door that obviously was broken for a long time and zero communication from the host on a repair plan so we could use the patio door.

For what I paid this was a wonderful place. I stayed a few days with my two sons and husband. The place was clean and check-in process was very easy. My boys loved the large pool and laid back atmosphere at the resort. I would stay here again.
