This unique, modern and very spacious vacation home is situated all by itself on a large plot and invites you to a relaxing vacation. From the property and from almost all terraces and balconies you have a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the beautiful surroundings. Next to the house is a spacious separate building, which is equipped with bathroom, kitchen and bed and can accommodate two people.



Jump into the pool in the morning and enjoy your morning coffee on one of the terraces. Relax on the sun loungers with an iced refreshment or have fun playing table tennis, billiards or darts. You will stay only 100 meters from the pebble and plateau beach, where you can spend wonderful hours swimming and playing.



If you feel like a change, the nearby idyllic villages of Primosten and Rogoznica are worth a visit.
