I hesitate to write this because I know we won’t get this price again, but Kyle House is amazing. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room. The pickle ball court was the real winner. Our Aggies brought a couple of their friends to play and they were all impressed with the backyard and said this would be a great party house! The quiet hours suggest otherwise. We would book this house for every game weekend if it wasn’t taken already.

Everything about our stay was excellent, and we really enjoyed the property. My only concern was the policy restricting guests from being outside after 10 p.m. I found this unnecessarily restrictive, especially since we were even told not to turn on the outdoor light at the back of the house. I think guests should be able to enjoy the outdoor space quietly at night without disturbing anyone. Simply sitting outside, having a quiet conversation, or using the outdoor light should be reasonable as long as guests are respectful and not making excessive noise. This policy felt unfair and took away from an otherwise excellent stay.

The house was absolutely perfect for us! The pickleball court was so cool. I think a bunch of us are hooked now! The inside was amazing and there was room for all of us. We had a midday bbq with about 20 people and there was plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will most definitely stay here again if its avaliable. 5 stsrs all the way!!

This house, although listed to sleep 19 to 20, is at best capable of 16 if you have small children with you. We maxed out at 13 with all adults and that was using the 2 available blow up mattresses. The rooms are small and the trundles can hardly be used by adults because adults have to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and you literally have to crawl over each other. The grass was not cut before we arrived and the weather was clear. There was hair on the floor throughout the house from previous tenants. There are not enough towels for the 13 of us. We had to do laundry every night and share towels for a couple of people. There is no broom, mop or vacuum available to use. We all drop little crumbs or bring dirt in from the outside and we couldn’t clean up after ourselves. The master bathroom sink is plumbed backwards and you scald yourself to brush your teeth until if figure out it’s backwards. The dish liquid soap dispenser in the kitchen will not prime and you can’t wash dishes by hand. Not enough coffee cups or dinnerware for 19 people, we had to run the dishwasher constantly or was buy hand after buying dish soap. On a positive note, The backyard is great for entertaining but this house is on a very busy road and small children need to be watched closely. The addresses takes you to a Montessori school and not the exact location. I feel I paid a little too much for what we experienced.

The house was overall very clean lots of room for our family stay for a local wedding. Lots of fun with the Pickleball court and basketball net. Kids had a blast. And it was a great place for adults to get together as well.

Newly remodeled and spacious place. Did have small bugs and spiders. Maybe a good spray would help. We rented for a ring dunk celebration and neighbors behind called the police. Make sure if you have an event that you atrictky shut things down before 10pm. Internet only worked one day and there is only 1 TV in the house, which is in the living room. Nice back area with plenty of room to entertain, but entertain early.
