Classic 3BR Condesa House | Terrace-Tub-Patio-A/C

This beautiful house was recently renovated with a particular blend of different countries designs with a prevalent Mexican one. Located in the center on La Condesa, it's a perfect location to walk around the neighbourhood and get to know its many galleries, cafes and restaurants. Breakfasts ARE included in the rate, anything extra (supper, dinner) will incur EXTRA charges. Cleaning is provided by the housemaid who resides within the house, these services have to be requested by the guest. Extra cleaning incurs an additional fee.

Bottom floor: Living Room, Half-bathroom, Kitchen and Patio.
Second floor: Main bedroom with private bathroom and dressing room + A/C, two secondary bedrooms that share a balcony and bathroom + Portable A/C.
Top floor: Extra bedroom or rest area, full bathroom + tub and A/C, roof garden. Bed can be added in this floor.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking indoors can leave behind unpleasant odors and potentially damage the furniture. Please do not smoke inside the apartment, building, or right outside of it.
No Parties or Events: To promote a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you avoid hosting parties or events at the property
Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 11 pm and 8 am
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is by 11am. We appreciate your cooperation
Damage and Breakage Policy: If anything gets damaged during your stay, please let us know promptly
Proper Waste Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins, please follow the rules or your apartment/building
No Unregistered Guests: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property
Parking: If your property offers parking for guests, please be mindful of other residents and park in designated areas. Do not block the property entrances, Please avoid parking in front of fire hydrants, driveways, or any other restricted zones. Guests are responsible for following parking rules and regulations. Please note that there are parking meters in several areas of the city. The Host is not responsible for damages, theft or incidents that may happen during the stay. No Photoshoots or Video Productions: Our property is exclusively for residential use. Guests are not permitted to conduct any form of commercial or non-commercial photoshoots, video shootings, or media productions on the premises without prior written consent from the hosts. This includes, but is not limited to, professional photography, filming, and online content creation.
