The spacious property consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a washing machine, air conditioning and a television. Your private balcony invites you to dine outside with your loved ones and toast with a glass of wine to a fantastic holiday. Due to its excellent location on the outskirts of the city centre, restaurants, bars and cafes as well as the historical centre of Otranto can be reached in approximately 7 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is just around the corner, a 2-minute walk from the property (180 m). The Aragonese castle and the beautiful marina are located approximately 7 minutes away walking while the beautiful beaches of the city are approximately 15 minutes away walking.
