The apartment features a spacious entryway, a living room with access to the northeast-facing balcony, as well as a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The kitchen is separate from the living area and accessible from the hallway. It is equipped with a microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all the small items needed for daily cooking. A dining table with two chairs is provided.
