The Firefly Strike Retreat is in a great location. Watching the sunrise on the balconies and looking out over the trees was a favorite morning pastime.The Duck pin bowling was something I would not have imagined spending as much time playing as we did. It was one of the fun activities that we did in the evenings as we watched sports and visited with one another that made our stay a great bonding time with friends and family.The individual bedrooms and bathrooms on each level created the space that is needed to while on vacation with different personalities and the accommodations of a hot tub and bowing created spaces to come together and have some fun and entertaining moments.Plenty of TV screens to accommodate everyone that wanted to watch different programs. Travel time to Dollywood was close and all of Pigeon Forge was easy to get to.The Great smoky mountains and Gatlinburg was also easy travel. We drove through the Cades cove loop and counted about 17 bear. The accommodations are newly built. There needs to be someplace to hang your towels. And dressers to place your clothing. (A note for the owner) the dryer vent on the outside of the house needs a cover or birds will build a nest.The bathroom on the lowest level is very cute but there should be a way to shower and have a floor drain around the tub. The bathroom on the middle level should have a door lock. The bathroom on the upper level was great.
