We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and well stocked home with all the convenient items such as an ice maker, Keurig, grill, fire pit, shampoo- all the things that make a difference. Swimming was the best, just off the beautiful cliffs, and a few feet from the house right on the water. Bird and wildlife watching was also wonderful. Plan to cook in the nicely furnished kitchen, because the home is nestled away from the rat race. Would highly recommend, and will stay here again.

This is a great getaway! The house is even better than in the pictures! It’s a short walk to the shoreline, we were able to fish, swim, and paddle board without even leaving the property! Jeremy is very responsive and easy to get ahold of if needed! Check in and out was easy and smooth! Surrounded by nature of and even saw a few 4 legged friends! Everything was perfect, absolutely no complaints!

What can I say, everything about the Lookout was fantastic. From booking until checking out, any questions or anything we needed Jeremy was very quick to respond. Screened in Patio was 1 of our favorites, drink coffee in AM, have couple drinks in PM, as was to warm for fire, otherwise would of sat out there. House was so clean and inviting, everything you need or could think of is there. Celebrating our birthdays and anniversary, opening fridge when we got there, my husband loved the beers from AR breweries. Honestly, couldn't of been more quiet & relaxing (what we needed) We will definitely be back. Thank you Jeremy & Chelsea

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Ford Rock Lookout on Beaver Lake. The hosts were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and helpful from start to finish, and they truly thought of every detail to make our stay relaxing and stress-free.The home is peaceful and private, yet still conveniently located — about a 20-minute drive to restaurants and shopping, and close enough for grocery and food delivery services. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the easy walk to the lake where we spotted numerous wildflowers, a variety of birds, a chipmunk, and other wildlife. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces, including the firepit, screened-in porch, deck, grill, and the many comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Inside, the home was equally comfortable and well-appointed with cozy beds and bedding, smart TVs in every room, extra blankets, lovely decor, a Keurig, and a fantastic rain shower. The full kitchen was also very well stocked with all the necessary cookware, utensils, and essentials needed to easily prepare meals during our stay, which made the weekend even more convenient and enjoyable. This property was the perfect combination of comfort, nature, and thoughtful hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway at Beaver Lake.

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Very well kept, beautiful surroundings, and good directions to get there. The host was more than kind, helpful, and understanding of the situation we were in before finally arriving at the place. My favorite part is the screened in porch allowing a beautiful view outside, as well as being able to see inside the house.I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a place to stay in this area, and will definitely stay there again if I get the chance.I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.I really enjoyed the place.Pamela Baugus

We, a family of four, stayed at this house in June and enjoyed it very much. The home was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the grill was great. The property has direct access to the lake, which made the stay even better. The water level was a bit high during our visit, which actually worked out well because it made swimming and fishing very easy. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily recommend this property. I am adding it to my favorites list. Thank you!

It was a pleasure hosting your family! Hearing that you’ve already added our home to your favorites list truly made our day. We’re so glad everything came together for a relaxing stay—from the well-equipped kitchen and grill to the easy lake access. Sometimes the lake has a way of surprising us, and it’s great that the higher water level made swimming and fishing even more enjoyable during your visit. We’d love the opportunity to host your family again and hope to welcome you back for another lake getaway!

Welcome to Fords Rock Lookout. This space was designed for one purpose--slow down, unplug, and take in the lake views. Mornings are best with coffee on the deck. Evenings belong around the fire. Whether you're here for a quiet getaway or time with family, we hope this feels like your place while you're here.
