The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used sheets and towels on the floor of the dining room near the table. Remove food items from the refrigerator/freezer. Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start a cycle.
Please put bagged trash in the outside receptacle which is in the backyard just inside the gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We take pride in this home and work very hard to keep it in the best condition possible. Please help us by tidying after yourselves.
No parties. No large events of any kind. Also, we respectfully request there be no eating in the bedrooms or on the couch.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside. Any clear evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a $500 fine for the renting guest.
