King Bed and Sofa Sleeper set up in Living room. Private, outer facing balcony with Gas BBQ Grill. Located on the south side of Little Italy in the Piazza Palermo building with nice amenities (including a legitimate gym) and great access to freeways, airport, close to Trolley station and VERY walkable to San Diego Bay, Little Italy and Downtown San Diego attractions.
