Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und auch Hunden sehr geeignet, da ein toller Pool, ein Trampolin und eine TT Platte sowie einfach viel Grün um das Haus zum Spielen und Toben einladen. Terasse (Norseite) und Haus müssten zudem im Sommer gut vor Hitze schützen. Rovinj ist mit dem Auto wirklich nur 5min entfernt. Ebenso Kaufland mit dem Einkaufszentrum. Das Meer oberhalb der Amarinferienanlage erreicht man über einen schattigen Sonnenweg, der direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite beginnt, in 30min. Lobenswert ist der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Kontakt mit der Besitzerin und der einfache Checkin und -out!

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Ana ist eine supernette Vermieterin, die jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar ist und sofort hilft. Die Fotos entsprechen genau der Realität und alles war in enem sehr guten Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist modern und praktisch. Es fehlte wirklich nichts. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, obwohl zwei sehr gute Restaurants nur wenige Meter entfernt sind. Pool und Terrasse sind zur anderen Seite ausgerichtet, so dass man nicht gestört wird. Zur Innenstadt sind es weniger als 10 Autominuten, für Radfahrer gibt es sogar einen Radstreifen an der Straße. Supermärkte, Bäckerei und auch mehrere Strände sowie ein kleiner Hafen u.a. für Mietboote sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der nächste Urlaub ist schon gebucht.
