Guest Access:

You'll have the entire apartment (Mareazul 436 Norte), plus access to the resort's shared amenities - pools, gym, tennis, gardens, and the beach. The building has an elevator. Check-in is self-service via keypad codes; to open a door, enter your code and then press the lock/check icon. We send your codes and full directions before arrival once your registration is complete - if a code doesn't work, just message us and we'll help right away.



The Neighborhood:

Mareazul is a tranquil beachfront resort just north of Playa del Carmen, surrounded by nature yet close to the action. You're a short drive from the famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), restaurants, shops, and the Cozumel ferry, with cenotes, Xcaret, and Tulum all easy day trips. It's an ideal mix of resort calm and Riviera Maya adventure.



Getting Around:

Cancun International Airport is about 50 minutes away, with private transfers and ADO buses easy to arrange. A rental car is convenient for exploring the Riviera Maya and reaching downtown Playa del Carmen, and there is parking at the resort. Taxis and rideshares are also available.



Other Things to Note:

- Before arrival, please complete the online registration and send a photo ID for every guest - we require an ID for each guest to authorize access to the property and to send your check-in codes.

- Access is by keypad code (enter the code, then press the lock/check icon); if a code doesn't work, message us and we'll resolve it right away.

- This is a Caribbean beachfront, so depending on the season you may find sargassum (seaweed) on the beach - a natural, regional phenomenon. Crews clean the beaches regularly, but conditions vary, and you can check current levels online.

- Occasionally the resort may carry out complex-wide maintenance (such as brief water or power interruptions); we'll let you know whenever we're notified.

- Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure; mid-stay cleaning or restocking is available on request for an extra cost.
