The furnished balcony, which you can access from both the living room and bedroom, has views of a quiet street. This retreat also offers free high-speed WiFi, perfect for remote work, streaming, and distance learning. Enjoy the cool environment of your home or head up to the rooftop, where you'll find the shared pool and sunbathing area.



You'll love the location of this apartment, away from noise and traffic, but less than a five minutes walk from Fifth Avenue. Discover charming, local boutiques, souvenir shops, and a number of great restaurants. This rental is also just 300 meters from the beach and a number of beach clubs such as Playa Martina. Or set out to explore Tulum Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar).
