This modern and bright 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the ground floor, features a southwest-facing terrace, and is equipped to accommodate 4 people. Located right next to the spa gardens, the newly redesigned Dünenmeile and the fine Baltic Sea beach are just 400 metres away. The apartment is easily accessible by lift from the underground car park. The building’s entrance area is wheelchair-accessible.

The interior has been furnished with great attention to detail. The living room features a cosy sofa set that can be converted into a spacious sleeping area for 2 people (1.67 m x 2.20 m). A large smart TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, a radio, and Wi-Fi are at your disposal. In addition, the apartment offers a variety of board games and a selection of DVDs to make your stay in this beautiful apartment cosy and enjoyable.

The spacious kitchen and dining area features an open-concept kitchen with an American-style kitchen island. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator (including a 4-star freezer compartment), toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, and hand mixer, as well as a baby food warmer for our youngest guests. The modern dining area adjoins the kitchen counter. The southwest-facing terrace is furnished with outdoor seating for 4 people. With the exception of the bathroom, the entire apartment can be darkened using exterior roller shutters. Additionally, each window has a pleated blind (sliding curtain on the patio door)
The bathroom features a switchable floor heating system, a bathtub with a shower and rain showerhead, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a child’s toilet seat, a potty, and a step stool.

The bedroom is quietly situated facing the spa park and is equipped with a large box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m—with 2 single mattresses), a spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV. The rental price also includes a portable cot and a high chair. All electrical sockets in the apartment are equipped with child safety covers. An ironing board and iron are available for your use, as is a coin-operated washing machine in the bathroom.

An underground parking space and your own lockable basement storage room are at your disposal.

The modern Kurparkresidenz apartment complex is centrally located. The lift provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments, some of which offer a view of the spa park. The apartments are located directly across from the Kurpark, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone.
