In the 44 m² apartment Kutter is everything to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea. The stylish apartment is located in direct location to the Baltic Sea. Breakfast with fantastic sea views is the motto here.

100% sea view in front of the door

The Baltic Sea beach is only about 20 meters away. The center of the exclusive Scharbeutz is about 1.3 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes on the beautiful promenade.

Season beach chair included

On the opposite, fine sandy Haffkruger Baltic Sea beach is available during the Strandkorbsaison from 15. 05. - 15. 09. a beach chair free of charge (beach section No. 34).

2 rooms with separate sleeping area, comfortable couch with sleeping function and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the dining table you can watch the sea. Also located in the living area is a comfortable couch with sleeping function (1.60 width) for 2 persons. Furthermore, there is a separate sleeping area with a double bed. The bathroom was completely renovated in January 2016 and has a shower and a toilet.

Entertainment in the evening: A large LED flat-screen TV with cable invites you to exciting movie nights. Wi-Fi access and a stereo with radio / CD function are also part of Entertaiment.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Durch den tollen Meerblick und die direkte Strandlage mit Strandkorb, braucht man auch keinen Balkon. Obwohl sie direkt an der Durchfahrtsstrasse liegt, ist es Nachts sehr ruhig. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer kann man zu einem riesigen Bett ausklappen und ist sehr bequem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wunderschöne Wohnung genau am Meer gelegen

Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche. Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es gab sogar kleine Extras, wie ein kleines Spüle und Mülltüte im Mülleimer. Der Strandkorb gegenüber am Strand in Blickweite war der Hammer. Nur sollte man seine Schlafbrille nicht vergessen. Es war ab 5 ziemlich hell, die Rollos machen nicht sehr dunkel.

Super schöne Aussicht, direkt aufs Meer

Der Staubsager war übervoll und nicht zugebrauchen, der Besen war voller Hundehaare, auf Nachfrage wurde ein neuer Besen bereit gestellt. Die Decken im Wohnbereich waren auch voll Haare und schmutzig, überall Spinnweben. Die Kopfkissen müssten auch mal erneuert werden. Trotzallen hatten wir eine erholsame Woche.

Einer der schönsten ...

Einer der schönsten Urlaube. Die Lage der Unterkunft traumhaft. Über die Straße und man ist am Strand. Strandkorb inclusive. Die Wohnung war super. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer war uns allerdings etwas zu klein und auch das aussteigen aus dem Bett an der Schräge schon sehr eng. Allerdings war ja noch ein geräumigeres Bettsofa vorhanden. An der Sauberkeit der Wohnung könnte man noch etwas arbeiten....es waren doch so einige Spinnenweben zu finden. Ein neuer Besen wäre übrigens mal nicht schlecht. Kochgelegenheit war für uns völlig ausreichend und Geschirr was genug vorhanden. Eine wirklich nette Betreuung durch das Team der Baltic Appartements. Sowohl bei den zwei Telefongesprächen, als auch bei der Ankunft. Die bereits kaputte Ammatur der Dusche wurde auch gleich ausgewechselt. Also wir waren top zufrieden. Gerne wieder
