Park view loft in literally perfect area!

Summary:

Relax after long days in the city with the family or enjoy a peaceful sanctuary for yourself!



This is my personal apartment that I've tastefully outfitted with guest use in mind as I travel often. You'll benefit from all the small things a purpose-built "airbnb" usually lacks, from kitchenware to body products and finer furnishings.

The Space:

This is an exceptional, homey, and well-appointed park-facing one-bedroom apartment.



Den

- It can sleep 4, in that the sofa is really, a twin XL bed. With the pillows removed, it's surprisingly deep and long. I have plenty of sheets for that and back up sheets for the queen bed, too. Really great for a family!!

- The TV has Apple TV, Netflix, HBO, Hulu (I think), ... I have them all basically.



Kitchen

- I have a water filter installed at the sink for exceptional, clean drinking water.

- Tons of equipment - you can cook here easily...



Bedroom

- The bedroom has blackout shades installed.

- Top-of-line Casper mattress

- Sheets and pillows from Parachute

- Park view and multiple options for privacy with the curtains I've installed

- Blackout curtains



Bathroom

- Tub and shower

- Jolie showerhead filter

- Plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner. Please use what I've left out.

- Plenty of hand towels, face towels, and two robes :)

- Ton of storage for your things.



Desk:

- Apple monitor. Really easy to connect to any MacBook by Usb-C (have adapter too if you need)

- Really great space to work - amazing lighting.



Misc:

- Central HVAC

- Space heater too, if it gets cold.

- Building is super secure. You can let friends in via an app. The area is unbelievably safe.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire unit, and the common areas of the building: the rooftop, the gym, and the lobby... There is also a parking garage which, I may be able to coordinate access to if that's really helpful.



We also have a very secure mail room for any packages you may have delivered.



Please be aware I do keep a locked closet with some personal belongings, to make space for your things and reduce clutter. That's the only off-limits space, and will be locked :)



Interaction with Guests:

I'll be away, but available by phone. I do keep a back up key if needed. I have a team of hospitality professionals around if there is an emergency - I've worked in this industry for years in NY.
