About this property
Skyline View from Deck, 5 Min Walk Downtown
A newly updated townhouse with a sleek, modern feel. Walk to downtown attractions, restaurants, and bars, including the State Capitol, Convention Center, Transfer Co. Food Hall, Marbles Kids Museum, Lincoln Theater, Red Hat Amphitheater, and Historic City Market.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with queen beds. The primary bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a wall-to-wall closet, and direct access to the full bath. Enjoy a spacious back deck with private access to the Greenway trail.
The space
Please read the neighborhood section at the bottom of the page before booking.
Sip drinks on the deck overlooking the Greenway, with open views of downtown as the sun sets and the skyline lights up.
Wake up surrounded by green space: Raleigh’s oldest cemetery across the street, the Greenway (a network of connected parks) just outside your door, and downtown skyline views from the bedroom window.
Brew a Keurig coffee in the morning, then head out for a jog on the paved Greenway steps from the house. The trail connects to more than 100 miles of scenic paths looping around Raleigh through parks and along the river. Walk about 4 minutes down the same Greenway to grab some of the city’s most sought-after bagels at Benchwarmers in Transfer Co. Food Hall.
Rent an electric scooter or hop on a city bike share to visit the nearby State Capitol and its memorials. Enjoy a drink at local favorites like Bhavana Brewery or Trophy Brewing, stroll the cobblestone streets of Historic City Market, or relax at home with a movie.
Other things to note
PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING:
Guest/Visitor Policy:
Please make sure you are booking for the correct number of guests. Nightly rate is based on guest count, so if you need to increase your guest count after booking, the rate may increase and any price difference must be paid.
Please understand that the number of guests you booked for is the maximum number allowed to be on the property, including visitors who don't spend the night. I'm a reasonable host – I do make an exception to allow for one or two short-term visitors during your stay. You don't need to change anything or tell me if you'd like to have 1 or 2 short-term visitors (not spending the night) during your stay. This is fully allowed. But if you would like to have any more than 2 visitors on property at any point or for additional people beyond your guest count to stay the night, you would need to ask me first and update your guest count to the correct amount. This may result in a nightly rate increase. Having additional unauthorized guests or visitors voids the rental agreement. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Outdoor security cameras (can't see inside property) are used to monitor guest and pet compliance.
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed with a $50 fee per each pet for stays of 4 nights or fewer (pet fee will be greater for stays over 4 nights so please ask before booking if you'd like to check the longer stay pet fee amount). You MUST let me know about any pets in your welcome VRBO message. Pet fee is to be paid after booking. Pet fee is NOT included in the booking price that VRBO collects, whether or not you mark pets in the reservation. I ask you to NOT let pets on any furniture or beds and to pick up any waste in the yard.
PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING
I want guests to be able to check-in as early as possible. Due to the large amount of linens to be laundered between guests and the short amount of time to do it, the washer/dryer will often have linens in them so that another load can run after cleaner leaves. You are welcome to use the washer/dryer, but will sometimes have to take out a load in order to do so. If you specifically know you will use the washer/dryer during your stay and don't want to have to do this, please let me know prior to check-in and I'll tell my cleaner to leave them empty for you.
While you are welcome to use washer and dryer, I do NOT provide laundry detergent.

Fantastic price for walkability with dedicated parking in downtown Raleigh! We only stayed one night, but I noticed the kitchen is well stocked for longer stays. Comfy accommodations for a quick visit or longer term living arrangement.
The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our one-night stay. Location was very convenient to easily explore the city while still being in a quiet area. We'd definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.
