The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Accommodating up to four guests, you’ll enjoy access to a shared outdoor area for relaxing and sunbathing. The communal pool (open mid-May to mid-September) and sun terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor shower provide the perfect setting for unwinding in peaceful, green surroundings.
A reserved parking space and bicycle parking are included. An electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed. The property follows waste separation guidelines.
