The murphy bed is a fully dressed, double-sized bed that easily pulls down from the bookcase in the common space (between living and dining areas). It is very comfortable and includes pillows/sheets/duvet.

This home offers a fully stocked kitchen including: complimentary coffee pods for the keurig; stainless steel coffee pods for your own grounds; tea bags for the electric tea kettle; and the refrigerator provides filtered ice and water.

The bathroom is stocked with towels, wash cloths, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

There is a get-ready area in the hallway which includes a hairdryer, makeup mirror, and outlet.

There is a Roku TV in the bedroom and smart TV in the living room. YouTube TV is provided, and all other streaming services can be used with guests’ login information.

Maximum occupancy: four guests
Please add each guest to your reservation (1-4 people) that will be staying. There is no additional cost per person, but it helps us best prepare for your stay.

Pet Policy: We do not allow pets. There will be a $500 cleaning fee if this is violated.

Smoking Policy: Smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes/marijuana are not allowed on the property. Violation may result in immediate removal, no refund and/or a cleaning fee of $1,000.

Party policy: We hope you have fun but no parties allowed (this includes any decorations that attach/stick to the wall). Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. We want to be kind/respectful to our neighbors. Party violation will result in a $1,000 fine.

Guests are responsible for any property damages or theft during their stay.

Checkout instructions:
We ask that you leave sheets on the bed, place used towels on the utility room floor, put the garage remote back, and close/lock doors/windows. Although it’s not required, we appreciate light tidying as we don’t require a cleaning fee.
