House Policies & Important Information
Pet Policy: Dog-friendly only. $150 non-refundable fee added after booking. Unauthorized pets or violations incur a $300 fee.
No Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. $250 violation fee applies.
Lost Items: $25 handling fee + shipping for item returns.
Extended Stays: Reservations over 21 days will include a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late departures subject to a $50 fee.
Starter Essentials: Complimentary starter pack of toiletries and paper goods provided (guests staying longer should plan to restock).

We loved the vibe of this area. So much history and beauty. The property was clean. The beds were comfy and the bedding was so cozy as well. There is no oven or stove but has a hot plate and a microwave. The parking access was great as well. Smooth checking and great communication with host. 10/10 recommend this place.
