Extrem schlechte Kommunikation & Kulanz - wir wurden nicht in unsere Wohnung gelassen
Wir sind aus Berlin angereist. Vor der Abfahrt haben wir mehrmals versucht im Büro anzurufen um zu sagen das wir nicht bis 18 Uhr die Schlüssel abholen können. Niemand hat abgenommen. Als wir dann 19 Uhr ankamen war das Büro zu. Weder per Email noch per SMS wurde uns eine Nachricht übermittelt, wie wir unseren Schlüssel bekommen, auch im Vertrag stand nichts - niemand war mehr zu erreichen. Wir mussten uns für die Nacht ein Hotel buchen. Am nächsten Morgen sind wir zum Büro gefahren um unseren Schlüssel zu holen, für die verlorene Nacht wollten wir unser Geld zurück. Das wurde uns durch die Chefin mit dem Hinweiß verweigert, die Handynummer für den Abenddienst stehe auf einem Zettel an der Tür. Der war aber am Abend davor nicht sichtbar gewesen, ich habe ihn in jedem Fall nicht gesehen und zweifle auch das er überhaupt schon da hing. Es gab kein Geld zurück, keine Entschuldigung, keine Erklärung warum diese Nummer nicht im Vertrag stand oder uns per Email oder SMS übermittelt wurde. Neben dem verlorenen Geld, hatten wir also noch einen Abend und einen Vormittag an dem wir uns nur geärgert haben und diesen Kurzurlaub nicht genießen konnten.
