The view for this condo was incredible. The building and the unit was in need of update. Upon entry there is a stale smell of smoke- was not from recent smokers -but at some point smokers were in residence. From a contractor perspective, use Kilz as a primer for walls, ceilings and trim for next paint job. Balcony was sorely in need of attention. Railings needed attention and outside furniture was not of quality and sparse. Uncomfortable when that’s where you spend most of your time. Bunkbeds would be sketchy to use based on damage to the top bunk. We were only 2 people, so did not need them, but cute idea to add sleeping place. Could open up the unit br removing the bunks and adding a sleep sofa instead- remove the wall section that juts out and open the kitchen more. Even with instructions, never got the tv to work- way too complicated. Pool was inviting, beach is clean, and surfers were fun to watch. Saw dolphins heading up the coast and playing in the waves! Quiet and family friendly. Must drive for food and other than beach entertainment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Building was reminiscent of the Holiday Inn Pavillion at Myrtle beach- same era of when it was built. Ok to edit for review and pass along update notes to owners.
