Sandy Social includes a separate laundry room with built‑in cabinets and shelving — perfect for beach towels, pantry items, or anything you need to stash during your stay.

Both bathrooms have been fully updated with new flooring, vanities, and fixtures.

Please note: the unit is accessed via two sets of stairs.

House Rules
Up to two dogs allowed. A $50 non‑refundable pet fee applies (covers the required deep clean).

Pets must be disclosed during booking by selecting the “Pets” option.

Undisclosed pets will result in a $50 fee billed after check‑in.

Pets must remain leashed outdoors per HOA rules.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the porch and balcony.
