Tasteful decor, skilfully coordinated colours and fabrics, and high-quality furnishings await you in our newly renovated 3-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor (75 square metres, suitable for 4 adults and one toddler up to 3 years old in a travel cot). The bright living room, featuring a leather sofa set [&] a flat-screen TV, opens onto the separate kitchen with a lovely dining area. Two bedrooms with box-spring beds measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m (one of which has a flat-screen TV) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet complete the apartment. Parking space (No. 26) downstairs in the double-parking garage (max. car height 1.50 m, max. car length 5.00 m, max. weight 2 t). Upon request, we provide a travel cot (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our younger guests. For your convenience, the beds will be made upon arrival and towels will be provided.


Current Notice: The sauna area at Seehof Bansin will undergo extensive renovations from March 2, 2026, through approximately early October 2026. Unfortunately, the sauna will not be available for use during the renovation work. We appreciate your understanding.

Comfortably furnished 1- to 3-room apartments in both the old and new buildings offer space for up to 4 people and one toddler to relax and unwind. A washing machine and dryer in the basement are available for a fee. Each apartment (except Apartment 15!) has one parking space available in the double-parking garage (max. car height 1.50 m, max. car length 5.00 m, max. weight 2 metric tonnes). In addition, the Wi-Fi network in the building can be used free of charge.
